本机器适用于PE、PP 木塑型材表面的花纹压制，使型材表面木质感更好;本机压花辊采用表面可以加工成木纹纹理，表面度硬铬，滚腔内加热，操作简单，耐磨损。

　　压花辊直径295mmx长度360mm，有效轧花宽度360mm，先采用耐高温无缝和金钢管焊接成形，然后花辊的花样按客户需求腐蚀或雕刻制作，最后花辊表面硬化处理HRC65并镀硬铬，镀铬层厚度0.10-0.15mm。

　　The machine is used to for embossing of PE or PE WPC profile,and to make the profile surface has better face woodiness feeling. The surface of embossing roller can be processed to several of wood grain texture, chrome plating,easy operation and wear resistance.

　　The diameter of embossing roller is 295mm*360mm and effective embossing width is 360mm. Firstly,it’s welded to shape by seamless alloy steel pipe and then sculptured or corroded pattern on the roller surface as requested,at last,hard chromium plated HRC65 with thickness of 0.10-0.15mm.
